Kalamazoo Marathon in 4:07:56 the fastest second day of a double I’ve run. I’m feeling better about my plan for the Keys in two weeks. Nice being back in my former hometown. Fun fact: While normally considered a matter of opinion, it is a known fact that Bell’s brewery has the best beer in Kalamazoo. Better than Arcadia, which they wanted us to pay for after the race. Who does that?!
