SethKramer.com was founded by Seth Kramer, our current Chairman and CEO, when he realized that major news organizations pay people for having an opinion and yelling it as loud as possible. Recognizing an opportunity to provide his own opinion unprompted at high volumes and undercut the competition's prices, SethKramer.com was launched.

Following a series of peasant uprisings all was again stabilized in his Internet fiefdom until the advent of the word "blog". The corporation was massively restructured and many were laid off in the ensuing chaos. Finally with the help of a government bailout program the corporation was again operational and went public April 13, 2002, trading as a penny stock on the Prague stock exchange (^PX50) as SKDC until a recent insider trading scandal. A scandal we deeply regret while neither confirming nor denying any involvement with and are hoping to put behind us so that we may return to trading in the Czech Republic.
